About Us

Pittwater Pets has been dedicated to serving the pets of the Northern Beaches community for over 30 years. We carry a large variety of products and are able to source products we don’t regularly keep to have you covered for all your pet care needs. Our passionate and friendly staff are committed to achieving the best outcomes for all the animals that come into our care and always have the welfare of our pets as their top priority. Our staff are all very knowledgeable with many being qualified and trainee vet nurses. Our owners and managers all have decades of experience with animals and have been working in the pet retail sector since they were teenagers. (We won’t disclose how long that is but let’s just say it’s been a long while!) We all definitely love animals and have dedicated our lives to them.

We are committed to sourcing all of our puppies from regular and trusted reputable breeders who agree to comply with the PIAA breeder standards - allowing regular independent veterinarian audits and inspections from Animal Welfare organisations.

Our Cats and kittens are all rescues. We work closely with Collaroy Vet who operate as the pound on the Northern Beaches, to find homes for lost, stray and abandoned cats and kittens.
