Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item/s. The shipping costs of your original purchase, is not refundable. If you receive a refund/credit on a product, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your returns &/ exchanged products to deliver us may vary.
You are advised to using a trackable shipping service & purchase shipping insurance when sending us a parcel, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Your postage/delivery service will be your point of contact to resolve missing or delayed packages.
