Shipping Policy
Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) usingĀ Australia Post. Australia Post's delivery standard isĀ 3 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipped within Australia. Express shipping is also available within Australia for a fee of $15. Large or bulky goods may require and extra shipping charge. At this stage we only ship within Australia.
We also offer in-store pickup for local customers. After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact shop@pittwaterpets.com.au and we will be able to look into for this for you.
